TheRules

You are allowed to swear, But please not to much of it and not to heavily.Swearing is allowed among other things.

Please refrain from being obnoxious. Examples of this include long strings of normal text, alternating caps, and all caps, as well as flooding the chat with line upon line of single letters, or flooding it with anything for that matter. When an operator asks you to stop doing something, they are asking you for a reason. Note that it is unwise to talk back to operators or founders in this or any instance

No spam or plugs. While the site is about the sharing of art it's still pretty rude to walk in, plug yourself a few times and leave without saying a word. If people want to see your work, or you want to see the work of others, please note that by clicking on names in the list to the right of the chat window will make everyone's DA page available for visiting.


No advertising for other chatrooms or sites.

No talking about sex, drugs, or any private life things.

Guests and Members, please do not ask to be promoted to any level. It's pretty annoying and will likely happen on its own. The best way to get promoted is to be friendly, attend the chat often and talk instead of idling.


.Please respect the admins.

No talk about suicide, cutting, or anything in the range of the "R" rated .

If you think you have been banned with no neccessary reason, please contact *treijim.

If you're not sure what's behind a link, don't click on it. If you are linking to something that may be considered "mature" please mark it as such with "NWS" or "Not Work Safe".

Idling: We don't care what you do in this room so long as you aren't being rude or obnoxious in any of the ways stated above. And while we we would like you to participate in conversation every so often, since idling falls under none of those categories We don't care if you do it.

Please do not conduct raids or organized assaults on other chatrooms. It creates a lot of unnecessary trouble. DONT DO IT .Please

Rules for Operators:

Please give the people a Warning before Kicking people to see if they learn their lesson.If they keep on doing what ever they have done you may kick them Don't just outright ban people if you can help it. Certain situations may warrant a banning, so use your discretion to figure out what's best in any given situation.

As with guests, try not to be too obnoxious. It's fun to boot each other and ban abstract concepts from the room, just make sure that people understand it's a joke and don't take it too far.

Use your better judgement when promoting or demoting someone and try to pay attention to who is doing what. If a big mess comes up, it's just easier to figure out what's going on and how to deal with it.

Try not to idle too much.

Note that when someone is banned, Tell one all the OPs after and The Admins need to be notifed

When you ban someone for a reason that may not be too entirely clear, screen cap or copy and paste as much of the conversation as possible so we aren't left guessing as to what happened.

RULES FOR JOINING THE CLUB


To Join all you have to do is send us a note (to send a note, click the "send note'" link in the navigation bar above the journal) with "join" as the subject. We’ll send you a reply telling you we’ve added you as a member and we'll put you up on the members list ASAP. You will also be added to our devwatch. This is for the purpose of sending notes from time to time to inform you of changes in the guidelines and to alert you to upcoming contests. Please DO NOT send a submission along with your request to join. Wait until you've received a reply from us letting you know you've been added to the membership before you send your first submission. And please be patient as we only add new members approximately twice a week.
